Refund policy
If your product arrives defective in any way or becomes defective within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, Furlyo will refund the amount paid for your defect product.
Refund requests must be made directly to Furlyo at info@furlyo.shop
Promptly following Furlyo receipt of your request (typically within five (5) business days), Furlyo will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping and handling costs/fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Furlyo does not control when a specific credit card or payment method company processes a chargeback transaction.
You are responsible for contacting your credit card or payment method company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.
Furlyo will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Furlyo more than fourteen (14) days after the date of original shipment.
Furlyo also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
If you are unhappy with your product for any other reason, Furlyo will compensate you at their discretion with either discount code, replacement of product, and/or refund of purchase price.
